Safety Procedures

Safety is of the utmost importance and we are taking every precaution to keep everyone that enters the boutique as safe as possible so we may continue to best-serve our brides and customers

 

We will be following and enforcing all of the state-mandated safety standards to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all our guests. 

Covid-19 Policies & Safety Procedures 

Please review the following policies:

  • If you believe you have been exposed to the COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment as a precaution and follow the CDC's quarantine recommendations.

 

  • If you or any of your guests are feeling under the weather, have a fever, are experiencing respiratory symptoms, such as a cough or shortness of breath, or any flu-like symptoms we ask that you contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment for a later date. ​​

  • Please contact us in advance of your appointment if you need special accommodations for yourself or a guest that is immunocompromised or high-risk as defined by the CDC.

  • For the foreseeable future, children under the age of 10 will not be permitted in the boutique.

If you feel you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment for

your own health and safety, please contact us.

  • Customers will be required to sanitize their hands upon entering the boutique; hand sanitizer will be available throughout the boutique for all patrons to use as often as they feel necessary

  • Face masks are mandatory. We will have face masks available if you or one of your guests need a mask

  • Please limit your guest count to the bride + 5 guests 

  • To improve air quality and circulation, we will be running a commercial air purifier during your appointment. This air purifier uses a HEPA filter to remove a wide range of air pollutants including viruses and bacteria. This air purifier will be running during your appointment and does have a cool air output (similar to a fan). We recommend your guests bring a sweater to ensure they are comfortable during your appointment.

  • We will have disinfecting wipes available should you or guests feel the need to clean your phones or other items your may touch during your appointment.​

  • Our restroom facilities will be available should you or your guest feel the need to wash your hands at any time during your appointment. 

  • You will be advised how to try a gown on at the start of your appointment. We will assist any bride that would like help in the dressing room but, we are also happy to limit in-dressing room contact to maintain social distancing. 

  • In accordance with the state guidelines, we will be adjusting our appointment schedule to provide ample time for store sanitation between appointments. 

  • Contactless payment options will be available. Credit card or cash payment preferred. 

As REQUIRED by the state,

before and between all appointments will be

cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing the following: 

  • Fitting room surfaces and all clips, tools, and supplies will be disinfected after each appointment 

  • All upholstered chairs, ottomans, and customer seating will be steam sanitized and disinfected

  • All high touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, tables, mirrors, countertops, and our restroom facilities will be cleaned and disinfected after each bridal appointment

  • The credit card terminal and all pens will be disinfected before and after use

  • All bridal jewelry, hair combs, hair clips, headpieces, belts, and sashes will be UV-sanitized after each appointment 

  • The "Yes to the dress sign" will be sanitized before and after all appointments, as well as, any other items or surfaces touched during an appointment 

We are committed to protecting the health and safety of our brides, patrons, seamstresses, business associates, and our vulnerable, high-risk family members. Our hearts go out to all the people affected by COVID-19, we can only try to do our part of slowing the spread by adhering to the state and CDC guidelines, being proactive, and remaining vigilant.

 

The "new normal" is new to us too,
